1. How long are shipping times?

As we currently ship our product directly from manufacturers, our shipping times can vary. Please allow between 2 and 4 weeks.


2. Whats your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information see our refund policy page.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll ask you to provide some evidence then give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and rectify the situation..
